Who you’re dealing with

Claude with Nik is a coaching service operated by Nikola Pavurdzhiev, a sole trader registered in Belgium under the trade name Lemon Ventures, enterprise number 1042.393.969, VAT number BE 1042.393.969, business address Groeneweg 110, 3090 Overijse, Belgium. Nikola delivers the sessions and is who you contract with.

We offer 1:1 coaching on Claude and the wider Claude ecosystem, delivered live over video. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

What you get

A live, hands-on coaching session focused on getting Claude working around your real tools and workflows. Coaching is educational guidance. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

How booking works

Paid sessions and packages are arranged by email. An initial enquiry does not reserve a slot or create a paid contract. Free discovery calls can still be booked through the website calendar.

Before payment, we agree by email on the service, total and currency, first-session date, and any package validity period. That email includes the Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy and explains that paying accepts the agreed offer and those policies. We then send a private payment link.

Your purchase is concluded when payment succeeds for the agreed offer. After verified payment, we send your calendar invitation to confirm the booking. If payment fails, no paid purchase is concluded.

New Minimum, Standard and Full Setup packages are paid once and valid for 3, 4 and 6 months respectively from the agreed first-session date. Later sessions are arranged privately. Existing purchases retain their agreed dates and terms.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider, a regulated payment company. Your card details go straight to them and never reach us.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay, including any VAT that applies.

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your 14-day cooling-off period

If you’re booking as a private individual rather than for a business, EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase, with no reason needed.

The 14 days count from the purchase date, when payment succeeds for the agreed offer, rather than the initial enquiry, and the right stays intact even if the session has already happened. Change your mind within that window and you get a full refund. Email us, use a cancellation link if your invitation includes one, or use the cancel a booking within 14 days page, or just email us. You can use the standard withdrawal form if you prefer, but you don’t have to.

Results

We will do our best to help you get real value from every session, but outcomes depend on your own goals, effort, and circumstances, so specific results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on what we cover.

AI tools

Coaching involves third-party AI tools such as Claude. AI can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or out of date, so you should review and verify anything important before relying on it. We are not responsible for the output of AI tools or for changes to their availability, pricing, or features, which are outside our control.

Reviews and photos

If you leave a review and add a photo, you confirm you own that photo or have the right to share it. You grant Claude with Nik a nonexclusive, revocable licence to publish it, resize it, crop it, and compress it, only alongside your testimonial on this website.

You can withdraw that permission, and the rest of your review, at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how to do that.

Materials

Any templates, notes, or materials we share remain ours, and you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own work.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for anything connected with a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Not affiliated with Anthropic

Claude with Nik is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, used here only to describe what the coaching covers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law and can bring a claim there.

If something goes wrong

Email us first. We would rather fix it than argue about it. If we can’t resolve it between us, consumers can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service at consumerombudsman.be.
