Who’s responsible for your data

Nikola Pavurdzhiev, trading as Lemon Ventures, enterprise number 1042.393.969, Groeneweg 110, 3090 Overijse, Belgium, is the data controller. The coaching is offered as Claude with Nik.

What we collect

  • Your name and email, which you provide when you enquire by email or book a discovery call.
  • Your name, email address and the agreed session or package, supplied by email or directly to our payment provider to process payment and send your receipt. Card numbers are never seen or stored by us.
  • Your billing country and address, whether you are purchasing personally or for a business (personal or business status), and, where applicable, your legal company name and VAT or tax number. You supply these by email or directly to our payment provider for billing and accounting.
  • Scheduling and call information, such as your chosen time and the video session itself.
  • Enquiry details from email or the contact form: your name, email, and what you write about your project.
  • If you leave a review: your first and last name, which stay private and are used only for moderation, an optional role and company, the words of your review, the attribution and robot avatar you choose, an optional photo, and a record of the consent you gave.

What we don’t collect

No analytics. No advertising pixels. No cross-site tracking of any kind.

For payments started before 5 October 2026, we also keep our own payment record. It holds a booking reference, an order reference, an amount and a timestamp, and contains no name, no email and no card data. Payments started since then don’t create one.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

  • Booking and delivering your session — to perform our contract with you.
  • Answering an enquiry — our legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • Publishing a review — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Keeping payment and accounting records — a legal obligation under Belgian accounting and tax law.

Who else handles it

A few trusted services support scheduling, sessions, email, payments and accounting. Each only receives what it needs. Billing details and invoice records are shared with our accountant and our accounting service, Dexxter, to issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations.

Dexxter aims to process personal data in the European Economic Area where possible and provides appropriate safeguards for transfers outside it. Its privacy policy and data processing terms describe these protections.

Your data is never sold or rented to anyone.

These providers may also process ordinary service-level technical logs, such as request timestamps, needed to keep their own infrastructure running. This site doesn’t collect or store your IP address itself.

Data leaving the EU

Resend, Neon and Vercel are based in the United States, so some of your data is processed there. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cal.com keeps your data inside the EU. Our payment provider may also process payment data in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Review photos are stored in a private Vercel Blob store configured to keep files in Paris, France. That doesn’t change who Vercel is: it remains a US company, so this data stays covered by the same standard contractual clauses as everything else Vercel touches.

How long we keep it

WhatHow long
Payment and invoice recordsas long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires
Booking records and engagement emails5 years after your last session
Written session recaps24 months after your last session, or sooner on request
Session recordingsdeleted within 30 days of your recap being sent, unless you ask us to keep them
Email and contact-form enquiries that didn't become bookings12 months from our last exchange
Published reviewsfor as long as they are published, see below

If an enquiry becomes a booking, it stops being an enquiry and follows the booking period instead.

Reviews and testimonials

Leaving a review doesn’t need an account or an email address. We ask for your first and last name, an optional role and company, your review in your own words, and how you’d like to be credited: your full name, just your first name, or fully anonymous as “A happy client.” Choosing anonymous also removes any photo, role, and company from what gets published.

You can add a photo instead of one of our robot avatars. If you do, we process it before it’s stored: it’s automatically oriented, cropped to a square, resized, compressed, and stripped of hidden metadata, such as the location a photo was taken. The original file you upload is never kept.

Processed photos are held in a private Vercel Blob store. We never publish a direct link to one; the only way a photo reaches a browser is through our own controlled page, and only for a published review.

Every review is held privately while it’s moderated, and only a published review appears on the site.

Cookies

The Cal.com booking widget sets the cookies it needs to work. That’s the whole list. No analytics, no advertising, nothing that follows you anywhere else, which is why there’s no cookie banner to click through.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy to take elsewhere, restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it. Email nikola@reckit.io and we’ll deal with it within one month.

If you think we’ve got it wrong, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, dataprotectionauthority.be. If you live in another EU country you can complain to your own authority instead.
